Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or plan to receive services without submitting the claims to your insurance company, our facility will provide you with "good faith estimate" of the charges for the services that you will receive.  Ask for your paper or email copy of the estimate of the fees. The good faith estimate is not a bill.

Women's Health
Women specific treatment by women therapists to solve issuess that come along with osteoporosis, pregnancy, menopause, and fibromylgia. It also includes pelvic floor dysfunctions like pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, incomplete emptying, frequency and urgency of urination, pre and post surgery rehabilitation, sacroiliac joint paintand sciatic pain.
